He specializes in the preparation and optimization of investments in municipal waste sorting facilities. He has participated in the implementation of several dozen projects involving the construction and modernization of sorting plants in Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
He focuses on the integrated efficiency of facilities, combining technological effectiveness, economics, and system conditions, and optimizing operational processes by shaping stream structures, technological layouts, and operating parameters under conditions of system variability.
Author of analyses, publications, and technological concepts, as well as business models and business plans for waste treatment facilities.
